Precision & Light Co. ("I," "me," "my") provides bookkeeping and financial operations services. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
Information you give me. If you email, call, or book a call with me, I receive your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell me.
Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and any answers you provide. Calendly's use of that information is covered by its own privacy policy.
Website usage information. My website is hosted by Squarespace, which collects basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, and may use cookies to do so.
Documents and links. My pricing sheet is stored on Google Drive. Google may collect information when you open it.

Information about my clients
Financial records and other information that clients share with me while working together are handled under our service agreement, not this website policy.
Sharing
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the service providers that run this website and my scheduling, such as Squarespace, Calendly, and Google, and when the law requires it.
Cookies
Squarespace and Calendly may use cookies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well.
Please do not send sensitive information through the website
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank logins, or patient health information by email or through this website. I will explain how to share documents securely once we work together.
Keeping information
I keep contact and booking information for as long as it is needed to respond to you or provide services, and then delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing maren@precisionandlight.com. I will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
I may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
