Each package has a starting price. Your final monthly price depends on transaction volume, number of accounts and complexity. I confirm it in writing after our discovery call, before any work begins.
My books are behind. Can you still help?
Yes. Cleanup and catch-up is quoted as a one-time project. It gets your books to a trustworthy starting point, and your monthly package starts from there.
Do you prepare tax returns?
No. I keep your books CPA-ready, deliver a year-end package to your CPA, and on Counsel I coordinate with your CPA on filings. Your CPA prepares and files the returns.
What software do you use?
I'm a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. If you're on something else, a software migration to QuickBooks Online is available as an add-on.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. Most clients start where they are today and move up as the business adds staff, vendors or reporting needs.
Do you work with healthcare practices?
Yes, it's my specialty. Insurance billing A/R (EOB posting and payer tracking) is available as an add-on to any package.
